A Swarnaprashan Shivir was conducted at the college, in which the classical Ayurvedic immuno-modulatory preparation was administered to children under the supervision of the Department of Kaumarabhritya.
The shivir is held on the Pushya Nakshatra each month. Swarnaprashan is a classical Samskara described in Ayurvedic texts and is traditionally administered to children to support immunity, digestion and cognitive development.
