Students, faculty and staff gathered on the college ground for a mass yoga demonstration led by the Department of Swasthavritta and Yoga.
International Yoga Day was observed at KATS Ayurvedic College & Hospital with a mass yoga demonstration on the college ground. Students, teaching faculty, hospital staff and members of the office establishment took part.
The session was conducted under the guidance of the Department of Swasthavritta and Yoga, which organises yoga camps through the year as part of the institution’s public-health activities.
Participants performed a common yoga protocol together, with the department demonstrating the asanas from the stage.
